I’ve recovered from my SI joint damage sufficient that I will now pedal status up for longer classes. I hadn’t learned how a lot I’d neglected it, this is a excellent exercise and stress-free. So I took my Vado upright over to the Coyote Creek path. Close to the paved path, there are numerous off-road sections, used principally via equestrians and walkers, but additionally nice for off-road cycling. The trails are well-packed with few ruts, best possible for my low technical skill. I spent a pleasing hour over there on a pleasing morning.
