Tuesday Tangents + Remedy Second

We did a 3-mile w/u, drills, then began them conservatively and accelerated with every one.  We did a 200m jog back off at the grass to the beginning of the repeats, adopted via a c/d.  We ended with 10 miles @ 8:18 tempo.
