Final large exercise sooner than the marathon.
I in truth felt higher than anticipated–> 7 x 1 downhill mile (MTC mile). My trainer instructed me to do 6-7 of them (7 if I felt nice, which I did) and to start out out conservatively and accelerate for the final 1-2 if I sought after to. I began with a 5:42 and completed with a 5:22.
Time to get better.
